1. On the IAMS mapping system for customers to report issues, how many reported issues currently remain unresolved for a period of greater than 28 days from the date they were raised?
As at 18 Aug 2022, 2006 enquiries logged since 6 Apr 2022 remained unresolved for a period of greater than 28 days from the date they were raised. Please note that an additional 256 enquiries logged within 28 days of the cut-off date of 18 Aug 2022 had an undetermined outcome at the cut-off.
