Please provide the following:
1. A strategic statement if one exists of what IT is supposed to deliver to the organisation. This may be something like “the purpose of IT is to xyz”.
The Councils IMT (IT) service that is responsible for looking after the technology that our staff and residence use. The IMT Team ensures that the IT estate continues to run effectively and remains secure while building and rolling out new technology to support the business needs of an ever-changing council. The IMT (IT) service promotes and enables the use of technology whilst ensuring any new technology aligns to the Councils wider Digital Strategy. We have a governance framework in place to help select the right technology, manage active issues and ensure change to the IT estate is managed in a controlled way.

2. The top 3 Key Performance Indicators. This would generally be Server uptime, Number of help desk calls closed, surveys etc.
1) Total number of IT Incidents and Service Requests resolved
2) Percentage Incidents and SR's resolved within SLA's
3) Number of open tickets (rolling)

3. How the KPI’s have been performing against these indicators for the last 12 months tabulated
