No new builds in WBC stock so far. In terms of Housing Association New Builds, we are unable to predict what future properties may become available. Once a new build development has been signed off by the developers and the legal teams and it is complete, Allocations are then sent the nomination forms. New Builds are often subject to delays (sometime for many month) so we are only advised once complete.
