This is to include all available affordable housing tenures in line with the NPPF definition for affordable tenure housing, including Affordable rented, Social Rented and Shared Ownership.
We hold one housing register for general needs accommodation which does not differentiate applicants for different housing tenures; the number of applicants on the Housing Register who have selected Charvil as an area of their choice is 542.
