I seek the following data held by Wokingham Borough Council in relation to its housing register from 1 January 2020 to present - obviously with any applicant names redacted.

1. The location of one bed properties allocated to applicants in Bands 3, 4 and 5, set out separately corresponding with the respective bands, and with the corresponding date of allocation of property and date of applicant joining housing register.
Please see attached files for details of the date and location of one and two bed properties allocated in Bands 3 ,4 and 5. The information is split between housing association properties (spreadsheet 1 and 2) and WBC properties (spreadsheet 3 with location information).
We are unable to provide the date the applicant joined the housing register as this would mean looking at 892 individual housing applications to find this information which would exceed 18 hours limit for this piece of work. In addition the date that the applicant joined the housing register is not often a true reflection of how long they have waited for an offer as the date of application is often different to the date the applicant was moved in the band of which they are nominated from.

2. The location of two bed properties allocated to applicants in Bands 3, 4 and 5, set out separately corresponding with the respective bands, and with the corresponding date of allocation of property and date of applicant joining housing register.
