I seek the following data held by Wokingham Borough Council in relation to its housing register from 1 November 2015 to present - obviously with any applicant names redacted.
1. The location of one bed properties allocated to applicants in Bands 3, 4 and 5, set out separately corresponding with the respective bands, and with the corresponding date of allocation of property and date of applicant joining housing register.
2. The location of two bed properties allocated to applicants in Bands 3, 4 and 5, set out separately corresponding with the respective bands, and with the corresponding date of allocation of property and date of applicant joining housing register.
This will take more than 18 hours for us to collate this information due to the number of years requested and the level of detail required – this information is not available on a report so we would have to manually go through each nomination form made for each year to establish what band the property was nominated too and then to gather the information requested. We do on average 350 allocations a year, so that’s 350 x 7 = 2450 nominations forms to check, on average 10 minutes each.
