We currently have 1427 Housing Benefit claims. Of that number we have 14 that are assessed using the shared room rate of LHA.

Wokingham Borough Council follow this guidance for any homelessness placements we make outside of our borough; we are not able to comment on other local authorities adherence to this guidance.
