I would like to confirm through this Freedom of Information request the software currently used to facilitate the tasks of housing management and housing asset management and whether this is a proprietary software package or own in-house system.

1. Do you have a Housing Management Supplier?
Yes.

a) If Yes:
i. What Housing Management software do you use, specifically, the software used for controlling rents, housing management etc.?
Northgate and Mobysoft.
ii. What date did the contract for its use start?
October 2015 for Northgate and 2020 for Mobysoft.
iii. What date does the contract for its use end?
Rolling contract for Northgate.
iv. If the contract for its use is ending, please can you disclose the name of the new software and the start and end dates for these new contracts.
Not applicable.

b). If No
i. Do you have in-house software / system for Housing Management i.e. controlling rents, housing management etc.?
Not applicable.

2. Do you have a Asset Management Supplier?
Yes; Currently Keystone, will move to Northgate later this year.

a) If Yes:
i. What Asset Management software do you use, specifically the software for controlling repairs and maintenance of housing stock etc.?
Northgate and keystone.
ii. What date did the contract for its use start?
October 2015 for Northgate.
iii. What date does the contract for its use end?
Keystone contract ends October 2021.
iv. If the contract for its use is ending, please can you disclose the name of the new software and the start and end dates for these new contracts.
Keystone contract services will be moving to Northgate.

i. Do you have in-house software / system for Asset management i.e. controlling repairs and maintenance of housing stock etc.?
No; provided by external provider Northgate.
