There are currently 7 extant planning permissions (an additional 1 permission being under appeal) in Shinfield with affordable units included within the permissions. These applications include 331 units of affordable housing, with an additional 22 units which is currently under appeal.

c) The number of people on the Council's housing waiting list who have requested a dwelling in Shinfield parish and the size of dwelling sought.
