1. Under the Freedom of Information Act, in excel or csv copy format, can you please supply me with a list of your HMO register in the borough licenced and not licenced but still used as an HMO.
For each property please include; - Address of the HMO - Property owners registered name, address and contact details (email and phone numbers) - Licence holder's name, address and contact details (email and phone numbers) - Name, address and contact details (email and phone numbers) of the person managing - Number of bedrooms and maximum number of persons or households permitted to occupy each bedroom - Number of communal rooms - Date License Granted - Date License Expires Finally, if you work with any private landlords who have multiple property portfolios please supply their contact names, addresses and contact details.
