Follow on request WBCIR:21076 and WBCIR:20649
Thank you for this reply but I did ask: Please will the Senior Planning Policy Officer supply anything WBC holds relating to the composition of the Village Centre (Hurst) ASC section found on pages 93-99 of Appendix C [of the Historic Environment Topic Paper]?

1. No corresponse is included, might you please supply this. All correspondence (including without limitation reports, letters, website submissions and emails, internal and external), diary entries and meeting notes the Council holds (officers and members) in connection with this matter. In particular (but not limited to) all correspondence with any member of the Planning Policy team, the Conservation Officer/team and the Trees and Landscape team.
It is within this corresponce that I was looking for the site reference 5HU030 or 240583 or the written description.
We are unable to answer this FOI as this would exceed the cost of compliance, exceeding 18hours (Section 12) along with the previously answered FOIs hours on the same topic. WBCIR:20649 used approximately 10.5 hours of officers time. The second request WBCIR:21076 used approximately 10 hours of hours time. Therefore a combined time of over 20hours

This FOI is on the same broad topic – the historic environment topic paper and Areas of Special Character, the Area of Special Character in Hurst and the latest request for all correspondence involving the Hurst AoSC and a specific planning application for Land north of Broadwater Lane in Hurst.

The latest request will certainly exceed 18 hours of combined officer time given the amount of information that would need to be trawled through manually (‘reports, letters, website submissions and emails, internal and external), diary entries and meeting notes the Council holds (officers and members) in connection with this matter’). In our opinion the Development Management Team would probably hold the most information (everything related to the planning application, historic conservation matters and the planning appeal) and the Trees and Landscape team would hold information as well. The Planning Policy team hold information about site 5HU030 (Land northwest of Hogmoor Lane, Hurst) and the Hurst AoSC.
To fall within the 18hour time limit, we would need clarification to spell out exactly what is wanted so that all teams affected can work as efficiently as possible within the cost of compliance. (Section 12).
