1. Minutes from the Highways Infrastructure Board held on 05/10/20.
These are attached. Please note that for some reason they have the wrong meeting title on them due to an administrative error. The minutes attached do cover the items requested.

2. The Departure from Standard (DfS) requested by Highways submitted as part of the Planning Application 203535. Specifically, what was requested and to whom?
No DfS report was submitted as part of the planning application 203535 but the departure was discussed at HIB on 05.10.20. It is quite common to discuss within the design team potential departures at preliminary design stage to establish the acceptability of a scheme prior to commencement of detailed design. However formal departures reports are not usually prepared until the detailed design stage. This is why there was no DfS report at the time of submission of the planning application.

3. The written response regarding the departure from standard.
There is no formal written response, the submitted DfS was reviewed at the HIB (17 May 2021) and signed off as per that attached. We have looked in the HIB folder and unfortunately there are no meeting notes for the 17 May 2021 meeting.
