I was trying to establish how to gain access to the Volker-WBC contract as reported here: https://www.volkerhighways.co.uk/en/case-studies/detail/wokingham-borough-council

1. I am wanting to identify how the contract embeds International Standard Organisation (ISO) standards into the operation of the contract should flaws in the operation and use of Volker installed equipment/apparatus occur.

The ISO standards that I am particularly interested in are Quality (9001), Environment (14001) and Health & Safety (45001). They may be named specifically with clauses of the contract, or the clauses of the contract might reference any relevant ISO standard.

I think the former is likely because Wokingham Borough Council would only have entered into a contract with Volker if these three ISO standards were operational and complied with.

The clauses that I am interested in are the clauses that allow Wokingham Borough Council to trigger Volker to take action should Wokingham Borough Council issue a Non-Conformance Report (NCR) concerning all or one of these ISO standards.
