• Noise nuisance – construction – music – alarms – plant and machinery – voices (13)

4. What action was taken by the enforcement authority?
All investigated as appropriate and resolved informally with the exception of 2 construction noise notices

5. How many formal notices were issued (enforcement, prohibition, etc)?
(2) – Environmental Protection Act 1990 re Construction noise – subsequently complied with

6. How many gyms were fined?
0 (Zero)

7. What was the value of each fine?
Not applicable

8. Was there any further legal action taken and if so, how many instances and what was the outcome?
No formal legal action over the last 10 years in relation to any gym

9. How many visits to gyms have been made to check on H&S, Environmental Health or Food Hygiene issues, and how many visits of each type?

10. What was the outcome of each of these visits?
Report left in relation to any contraventions found and revisits where warranted.
