Records of Private groundwater abstractions that do not require licence from Environment Agency

1. I am looking for some information on private groundwater abstractions that do not require a licence from the Environment Agency. I would be grateful if you could supply me with information concerning any private groundwater abstractions which are present within a 1km radius of the location listed below: - SHELL WOKINGHAM, Shell Garage, Jeffrey Close, Wokingham, South East, England, RG40 2EY, United Kingdom.

2. If possible, for each abstraction please could you supply:
• Details of name, address and/or grid reference of each groundwater abstraction
• What it is used for
• Date of commencement of abstraction
• The main aquifer unit the groundwater is abstracted from.

My request refers to private groundwater supplies that do not need an abstraction licence from the Environment Agency e.g. a supply of drinking water from a well.
