23 formal grievances have been raised since January 2020:
9 related to allegations of bullying.
5 related to allegations of racial discrimination
2 were disability related
3 related to lack of support
1 related to allegations of lack of support, imbalance of power and racial discrimination
1 related complaints about the restructure and redundancy process
1 related to a complaint against WBC as a customer
1 was regarding a breakdown in working relationship
