1. I am requesting the following information for the period 1 January 2020 to the present date (August 2025) in relation to Wokingham Borough Council's involvement with the City of Sanctuary initiative:

a) Funding
i. The total amount of funding provided by Wokingham Borough Council to City of Sanctuary or any affiliated local group.
ii. Please provide a year-by-year breakdown of funding amounts, the dates awarded, and the purpose or description for each funding allocation.

b) Agreements and Documentation
i. Copies of any formal agreements, contracts, or memoranda of understanding (MOUs) between Wokingham Borough Council and City of Sanctuary or any affiliated local group.

We have checked our supplier system (BWO) and the City of Sanctuary, or any of their affiliates, are not set up as a supplier. We therefore have no information to supply.
