b) Gender of offender

2. A brief description of what took place (if possible).
a) Actions taken (Fines, clean-up costs and prosecutions etc)
b) Object fly-tipped (white goods, building waste, mattresses etc)
c) Location (Urban, Rural, Layby, National Park etc)
