We wouldn’t be able to detail a budget as Fly Tipping enforcement is incorporated into our routine duties, there is no specific budget.
Our enforcement measures are the use of mobile CCTV, and evidence based investigations where waste is identifiable. Our enforcement tools are Fixed Penalty Notices, Community Protection Notices, and prosecution.
