Under the Freedom of Information Act, I would like to request the number of fixed penalty notices issued by the council for the following offences in the last financial year (2024/25):

1. Parked in a designated disabled person’s parking place without displaying a valid disabled person’s badge in the prescribed manner (both on and off-street, PCN codes 40 and 87). If possible, could you provide this information in a csv format?
Please be aware that Wokingham does not issue fixed penalty parking tickets (FPN); instead, it issues penalty charge notices (PCN).
During the last financial year (2024/25) 1374 PCNs were issued, 724 for contravention code 40 and 650 for contravention code 87. The attached csv file provides the date of the contravention and the associated contravention code for all related PCNs issued.
