1. I am writing to make a Freedom of Information request for all documentation, project plans, and business cases related to the upgrade of the Financial Management application Agresso, and the migration of non-Microsoft SQL Server databases, such as MySQL, Oracle, and PostgreSQL, to Microsoft SQL Server. The period I am requesting information for is from 2016 to 2022.

I request all information in any form, including but not limited to reports, emails, presentations, project plans, and business cases. The requested information should include any plans or proposals for the upgrade and migration, any decisions or approvals made, and any reports or updates on the progress of the projects. I would also like to request any recommendations, reports, or projects related to the migration of non-Microsoft SQL Server databases to Microsoft SQL Server.

During the period 2016-2022 the only databases to have been migrated are Microsoft SQL and therefore we hold no information related to the upgrade of the Financial Management application Agresso, and the migration of non-Microsoft SQL Server databases.
