1. Count of families open to your children’s/family services who were placed in a Family Assessment Centre.

2. The average weekly cost (£ per family per week) for those Family Assessment Centre placements.

To avoid any need for case-level retrieval, I’m not asking for individual records. Annual totals and the annual average weekly cost are sufficient.
For clarity, by “Family Assessment Centre” I mean an Ofsted-registered Residential Family Centre (per the Residential Family Centres Regulations 2002 / National Minimum Standards). If you use another term locally, please apply the above definition.
If any year has no placements, please state “0”. If you do not hold the average weekly cost, please provide the typical contracted weekly rate you hold for such placements (or confirm “not held”).
