The purpose of this request is to gather data on the EPC ratings of social housing. Specifically, I am seeking anonymised, current data on the following:

1. The total number of council-owned social housing dwellings within your local authority’s housing stock (as of November 2025)

2. The total number of council-owned social housing dwellings within each EPC rating band (A, B, C, D, E, F, G)

NOTE: If the council also owns any registered provider or housing association dwellings, please include these within the figures. If not, please proceed with council-owned stock only.
