I am seeking information on any issues that were raised in regard to competition law, and, if so, how they were, or will be, resolved. Please use the date range 01 Jan 2022 to present.
Wokingham Borough Council has not yet undertaken the statutory consultation process for the Enhanced Partnership Agreement, so has therefore received no correspondence from the Competition and Markets Authority on the Enhanced Partnership.
