There is an ongoing enforcement investigation with the case reference numbers RFS/2022/087693 and RFS/2022/087798. Planning officer Mrs. Hannah Skeels visited the site twice and once along with the council tree officer on November 30th 2022, and January 19th 2023. I made a request on January 17th, 2023 to disclose all the details & documents related above mentioned case, but have not received a response till submitting this request. I am submitting this new request for:

1. To disclose all the information and documents related to this case (reference mentioned above) without disclosing any person name who made the complaint.

The Planning Enforcement team will disclose information directly with the individuals involved in this case as necessary and able to.

2. Credential and tree officer Mr. Paul Cross report from 19th January visit.
The Council do not hold this information. Paul Cross is currently off sick so can’t yet provide his full comments on the harm to the trees. There is nothing currently on the file.
