• Site name and site code (or address)
• Meter identifiers (MPAN/MPRN) where held
• Annual electricity consumption (kWh)
• Annual gas consumption (kWh/therms)
• Energy supplier name, contract start/end dates, and tariff type (fixed/variable)
• Procurement/Estates department contact: job title and corporate email address
The requested information has been deemed to be ‘commercially sensitive’ under section 43(2) & 43(3) of the Freedom of Information act – information on this can be found here: Section 43 - Commercial interests | ICO. This is because of various contracts Wokingham Borough Council are not only involved in but also run ourselves which are very heavily covered by this information. In addition the information requested pertains to separate entities than just Wokingham Borough Council. Due to the multiple instances of prejudicing commercial interests this information disclosure would cause for both the council and our partners we are refusing to disclose under the above noted FOI act sections (section 43(2) & 43(3) respectively).
