1. I would like to find out how many empty council properties there currently are in all areas that Wokingham borough council own and how many bedrooms these are.
As of today’s date (01.09.2022), there are currently 24 empty (void) council owned properties. They are made up of the following bedroom sizes:
1 bedroom/bedsit: 9
2 bedroom: 9
3 bedroom: 6

2. I would also like to know how many of these properties have been offered to people in the last 6 months.
13 of those 24 properties have been offered to housing applicants, 11 are still undergoing void works and we are yet to request a nomination.
