1. Please can you provide copies of any communications in 2024/25 between Emmbrook school, the Circle Trust, and Wokingham Borough Council related to the proposed 6th form provision?

The majority of external conversations around the proposed 6th form took place in 2023 rather than 2024/25. We have therefore decided to supply these conversations as well which contain vital detail or context to the matter.

Conversations were taking place in relation to St Crispin's and the Emmbrook school simultaneously in the same communication. The request is focused on Emmbrook so where possible, matters related to St Crispin's have been removed from the document(s). This has been left in where it correlates to Emmbrook school and removing it may cause issues. E.g. talking about available school places for the two schools and the total for both schools – St Crispin's an additional 100 pupils, Emmbrook 30 pupils, total of 130 pupils. Where matters related to historic situations that have passed they have been left in where needed rather than remove and cause confusion or incomplete sentences.

We have removed mobile telephone numbers from the communication but retained email addresses as they are professional related rather than personal. We have removed Graham Eber's signature from the letter to prevent fraudulent activities from occurring by placing this into the public domain through FOI.

Our Legal team have confirmed they hold information. They have reviewed the material that is held and have advised that the information held by Legal Services which meets the criteria of the request is exempt from disclosure under the Legal Professional Privilege exemption.
