Data Request - Emm Brook Flood Risk Assessment. The site of interest is located between OS NGR SU 79877 69295 to SU 79900 68822.

We would be grateful if Wokingham Borough Council (WBC) could provide any data/ information that they hold in regards to the following questions:

1. Does the WBC hold any records of historic flood events along the Emm Brook or any other incidents related to flooding, whether fluvial or surface water/ other source in nature?
Yes, Wokingham Borough Council does hold records of historic flooding along the Emm Brook, however they relate to events concerning flooding of the Adopted Highway or properties . Along the area that you are referring neither of these occur.

2. Is the WBC aware of any other work/ schemes in the Emm Brook catchment that may be of relevance to this study/ assessment?
Wokingham Borough Council are aware of works up and downstream of this location on the Emm Brook. But these will not impact on this proposed scheme.

3. Any other information that the WBC may hold that is relevant to considering the flood risk to/ from the Emm Brook and surrounding area.
