I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act on the subject of electric vehicles. Could I request the following:

1. Does the Council have a plan in place to increase the number of electric vehicle charging points?

2. If so, how many new charging points are expected to be in place by the end of 2023?

A charge point is a socket that allows one car to be charged. One charger can have multiple charge points or sockets.
