For each academic year from 1 September 2020 to 1 September 2025, please provide a list of all day placements (non-residential) used by the Council for children and young people with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP).

2. For each educational setting, please provide:
• Name of school or provider
• Postcode
• Local authority area in which the provider is located
• Type of setting (e.g., maintained school, academy, special school, non-maintained special school, independent special school, alternative provision, post-16 provider)
• Number of EHCP pupils placed at that setting in that academic year
• Confirmation that the placement was recorded as ‘day’ (to verify the filter)

Notes for clarity:
This request is for aggregate establishment-level data only, not individual child data.
No personal data is being requested.
Please include placements both within and outside the Council area, where your authority was responsible for the EHCP.
If it is helpful, this information is routinely held for statutory returns (e.g., SEND2, SEN placement datasets), so collation should fall within FOIA cost limits.
