Please can you send me the following:

1. All recorded information on communication between Sab Samuel (stage name Aida H Dee of Drag Queen Story Hour) and Wokingham libraries, including Sab Samuel's initial approach and business proposal to the library concerned.

2. Also all assessments carried out regarding the event, such as child safeguarding and risk assessments as well as equality impact assessments.

3. Information on the number and nature of complaints made in relation to this event and information on any investigations/actions made by the relevant persons into the issues raised by these complaints.
Seven complaints have been received.

The nature of the complaints being:-
• It’s inappropriate to have a sexualised performance for children
• It’s inappropriate to have an event performed by someone who is an adult entertainer or stripper
• Other libraries have hosted similar events by different performers and their performance has been inappropriate

Findings as follows:-
• The event booked with the performer is a pantomime/theatre style performance and is not a sexualised performance
• The performer booked is not an adult entertainer and is not a stripper
• The performer booked is not associated with the other performers referenced in the complaint
• The performer has a current DBS check in place
