Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, please can you provide me with responses to the following:

1. The total monthly number of domestic violence incidents since 1st January 2018 up to and including the end of February 2021.

2. The annual number of domestic violence incidents where the alleged victim was a woman for

3. The annual number of domestic violence incidents where the alleged victim was a child (those under the age of 18) for

4. The annual number of child protection referrals for domestic abuse incidents for

5. The highest number of repeat allegations of perpetrating domestic violence made against a single individual since April 1st 2020 to date?

Wokingham Borough Council do not hold this information. The service and the provider are unable to answer any of the questions, and this is something that the Police would be involved with.

The service/provider can give numbers of referrals but this wouldn’t pertain to individual ‘incidents’ which is what is being requested. Individual incidents would relate to domestic abuse police call outs. Similarly, child protection referrals related to domestic abuse would need to be Child Social Care data which clarification was sought, as this could also be the police who hold the data depending on what is being sought.
