1. Can you please update me on when the following documents will be newly produced and give me the latest versions of all documents mentioned below currently available:

a) SHLAA / SHELAA
b) Sites Assessment document
The Berkshire Housing and Economic Land Availability Methodology (HELAA, Nov 2016) can be found here, which is within the Housing section of Planning Policy Evidence topics webpage here.

The Housing and Economic Land Availability Assessment (Jan 2020), sites assessment documents can be found in here in the sites subsection of our New evidence base for the Right Homes, Right Places – Draft Local Plan consultation available here.

Adopted Local Plan

Wokingham Borough Council’s Local Plan currently consists of the following documents which can be found on the Local Plan and planning policies webpage here
• Core Strategy Development Plan (Core Strategy, Jan 2010) available here
• Managing Development Delivery Local Plan (MDD, Feb 2014) available here
• Replacement Minerals Local Plan for Berkshire available here
• Waste Local Plan for Berkshire available here

In addition two neighbourhood plans have been made and as such form part of the development plan.

Draft Local Plan Update

The most recent draft version of the LPU, which when to consultation between February- April 2020, along with the draft policies map for this document is available here

Draft Minerals and Waste Local Plan

Wokingham Borough Council, Bracknell Forest Council, Reading Borough Council and the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead (collectively referred to as ‘Central and Eastern Berkshire Authorities’) are working together to produce a Joint Minerals and Waste Plan..

d) Brownfield Registry
The Brownfield Register was updated in October 2020 it is available as an xlsx spreadsheet here and a csv file spreadsheet here in the Housing section of the Evidence topics here.

2. Please also provide me with the details of all council owned land/buildings, and if there is available data from VOA which shows that the property has been vacant for 6 months or more.
