1. Under the Freedom of Information Act I would like to request the number of fixed penalty notices issued by the council for the following offences in the last year (2020) - Parked in a designated disabled person’s parking place without displaying a valid disabled person’s badge in the prescribed manner (both on and off-street, PCN codes 40 and 87).

Fixed Penalty Notices are not issued by the Council. We have issued the following number of Penalty Charge Notices between Jan 1 2020 and Dec 31 2020.
• Contravention code 40 PCN’s Issued 1,166.
• Contravention code 87 PCN’s Issued 167.
