1. When did you last conduct research into how your website users are accessing digital services? Approx. Feb 2020 before the pandemic, but planning new research now.

2. How has your digital uptake increased over the past 12 months (as measured by the government’s guidelines)? Online form responses, for the month of August, grew from 2,235 (in 2020) to 3,087 (in 2021) which represents a 38.12% growth.

Open source and open standards
3. What percentage of your source code your council develops - or which is developed on your behalf by external parties - is made open? We don’t develop source code, it is developed by our supplier Ideagen, not made open.

4. What percentage of your components are standard government technology components? Currently none

5. Is your website designed using open standards for government? Not currently
