1. What is considered the maximum capacity for dwellings in the Burghfield DEPZ currently?
No maximum capacity for dwellings within the Burghfield DEPZ has been established.
2. How many dwellings are registered/classified as " empty homes" each year in Wokingham? Please provide addresses for these.

Information on the specific addresses not disclosed as exempt under Section 30 ‘the prevention or detection of crime’.
3. How many planning applications resulting in a net loss of 1 dwelling or more have been approved in the last 3 years in Wokingham and what are the planning references for these.

4. How many applications have been approved for a net gain of dwellings inside the DEPZ since the larger area map was adopted in 2020?
Two applications involving a net increase in the number of dwellings have been consented since the extension of the DEPZ in 2020. Neither application was for planning permission but were instead for a Certificate of Lawful Existing Use and for Prior Approval where the DEPZ is not material.
Please note that the above excludes applications for reserved matters as the principle of development was established by the grant of outline planning permission.
5. When is the Burghfield off-site emergency plan scheduled to be released?
