At the time, we recalled there were 4 reports made to the authority about obstructed/blocked/inaccessible public rights of way in 2023, up to and including the 31st of October.

Our system does not allow us to filter historical PROW enquiries in order for us to determine if there was a report regarding a blockage or obstruction over a specific time period. We deal with blockages and obstructions as soon a possible and therefore rely on the recollection of Officers to advise how many blockages/ obstructions there were over a historical time period. We recall one obstruction on one of the PROWs in 2024 which fell over this period (31st October 2024)
