1. Whether the council has a written policy, procurement strategy, practice, order, direction or other document which sets out your policy on the procurement of refuse collection vehicles. If the answer is affirmative, please provide a copy.
The data regarding this contract is publicly available for residents to review on the contract register (due-north.com).

2. How many refuse collection vehicles are currently in control of or procured by the council and in operation in your local authority?
For each of the refuse collection vehicles currently in control of and procured by the council and in operation in your local authority, please provide the following details:
• Age
• Producer
• Model
• Type of fuel used
Zero; the Council do not own any collection vehicles. These are operated and procured by our contractor Veolia.
