1. The total number of political assistants/researchers currently employed by your Council. These may be staff allocated to assist different councillor political groups.
There are currently three Political Assistants employed by the Council on a part-time basis. (1.8 Full time equivalent). The Council does not employ any other staff specifically to assist Councillors with research.

2. The total number of policy officers currently employed by your Council.
There are a number of roles across the Council which deliver a policy officer role. There is not a centralised pool of policy officers.

3. The total number of scrutiny officers/scrutiny co-ordinators employed by your Council to administer Council committees.
None.

There are four Democratic Services Officers (Committee clerks).
