1. A link to (or copy of) Wokingham's current (i.e. 2021/22) Council Tax Reduction Scheme Policy.
This is sometimes called your Council Tax Support Scheme Policy. This needs to be a detailed policy setting out the reduction available under LGFA 1992 s13A(1)(a) - not just a summary document.
I do not need details of any discretionary support available under LGFA 1992 s13A(1)(c).
2. If you are unable to supply a scheme policy document for 2021/22, please provide a link to (or copy of) the latest policy document available together with either:
a) confirmation that you have made no changes to your policy in subsequent years; or
b) details of the changes that have been made since.

In response to the FOI request above, please find attached Wokingham Borough Councils’ Council Tax Reduction schemes for 2021/2022 for Working age claimants and pensioners.

We can also confirm that there are no subsequent changes.
