I would like to submit the following FOI

a) By what percentage do you plan to increase council tax by in 2021-22? WBC will be increasing Council Tax by 4.99%. In addition, the Council Tax Fire and Police precept will also increase and the parish precept depending on which parish.
b) Providing that you are increasing council tax, much do you estimate the rise will raise in 2021-22? I assume in setting the Budget your council will know how much additional funding it will raise. £5.547m
c) if the funding generated via council tax increases has been earmarked for specific services, please list what services they include. 3% of the 4.99% is the Adult Social Care precept and therefore will fund increases in demand and costs for Adult Social Care services.
