1. How many care homes do you run within the county?

2. How many Covid-19 breaches by staff members/management have been reported to you since the beginning of the pandemic (March 2020) to date?

3.
a) How many times has disciplinary action been taken against staff as a result of these breaches since March 2020 to date?
b) If so, what action was taken in each case?
