1. Can you send me the following information on any new or refurbished Council owned (including leased) buildings that have been certificated under BREEAM between 2009 and 2020 and if available an up to date Display Energy Certificates (DEC) and corresponding recommendation reports. Ideally in excel format with the following columns completed:
• Building Name
• Address
• BREEAM Assessor name
• BREEAM Assessor company
• BREEAM Rating
• Main Contractor
• DEC Cert No.

I am only asking for buildings owned/leased etc by your council, like:- Council officers, Schools inc Academies, library’s, Leisure centres (including any sub-contracted out), etc.

The Council do not have any buildings that are registered with BREEAM. Display Energy Certificates for all Council owned buildings can be located here.
