1. Under the FOI act 2000 I would like to request the number of permanent vacant properties available to the council for housing residents in the homeless or banding system, to date.
As of 10 May 2021, there are 25 council owned void properties that have either had works completed or are in the process of having works completed. All of these properties will be/are available to those registered on our housing allocation list, including homeless applicants.

2. I'd also like to request the addresses or areas of those properties?
The above figure is broken down into the below areas:

• Spencers Wood: 1
• Twyford: 3
• Sonning: 3
• Ruscombe: 1
• Finchampstead: 1
• Woodley: 3
• Lower Earley: 1
• Wokingham Without: 1
• Charvil: 1
• Shinfield: 1
• Winnersh: 1

3. I would like to also request the number of temporary three bedroom self contained properties available to the council to date, for emergency housing? And the addresses or areas these properties are placed in.
We do not have any three bedroom self-contained properties available to let for emergency housing (as at data above).

4. Please also state which properties are not fit for use due to disrepair.
There are currently 41 council owned void properties that have been or are in the process of being ‘mothballed’ as they are due to be demolished. There are no other void properties that are deemed not fit for use due to disrepair.
