1. Information on all frameworks and contracts organised by the council for the provision of care and/or support for adults with complex needs; whether joint or separate for mental health, learning disability, acquired brain injury and physical disability. To include: the description of the framework; the start date; the end date; the name of the team responsible for commissioning it; and the lead commissioning contact name and role for each framework or contract.
We are in the middle of a procurement exercise for a Care and Support Framework which is expected to be in place from September 2021. The framework includes a “lot” from which care and support for people with complex needs will be commissioned. Further details about the framework can be found via the following link Wokingham Borough Council Home Care and Support Framework (government-online.net) However, please note the deadline for submissions has now passed. The People Commissioning team is responsible for this framework and can be contacted via CommissioningSupportTeam@wokingham.gov.uk

2. For all the identified frameworks and contracts identified in the request above to provide the names of all organisations awarded onto the framework or contract.
