1. I am writing to request, under the Freedom of Information Act, an Excel spreadsheet containing details of all contracts due to expire within the next 12 months. Specifically, I would like the spreadsheet to include the following information for each contract:
• Contract reference number
• Contract name
• Start date
• End date
• Any extensions granted
• Contract value
• Winning bidder
• List of all other bidders who participated in the original tender process
I would appreciate it if you could provide this information at your earliest convenience. If there are any fees associated with this request, please inform me beforehand.
