Compulsory Purchase Orders and Enforced Sales arranged by the Council in last 5 years

1. How many such procedure (CPO and Enforcement Sales) has the Council enforced in last 5 years?
The Secretary of Sate for Communities and Local Government confirmed on 5th July 2016 The Wokingham Borough Council (Peach Place, Peach Street, Wokingham) Compulsory Purchase Order 2015. The order was not enforced because all property interests required for the scheme were acquired by negotiation in advance of the confirmation of the order.

Properties under Exemption F tax code

The Council are applying Section 31(1)(a) of the FOI Act to this question. Properties of these type may still have items in the property following the death of the individual, and therefore would allow individuals to target these properties knowing that they are unoccupied. For this reason the prevent and detection of crime exemption is being applied.
