1. I would like to know how much money the council paid in remedies to residents following complaints related to failures under the category of special educational needs and disabilities. I would like the information for the year 2025 to date January- December 1, compared with previous years 2024, 2023 and 2022.

For each year, I would like to know the number of complaints that were made, where it was ruled the resident would be paid a remedy.
We record information in financial years (April – March).

2023/24: 3. £6,656.30

2024/25: 4. £11,127.21

2025/26 to date: 9. £15,365
