Definitions
• For the purposes of this request, an “individual aesthetics practitioner” means any person who provides non-surgical cosmetic procedures (e.g.including but not limited too Botox, dermal fillers, chemical peels, microneedling, laser hair removal, non-surgical Brazillian Butt Lifts, non-surgical face lifts, non-surgical liposuction) in a commercial capacity, whether self-employed or employed by a business.
• An “aesthetics business” means any premises, clinic, or company offering such non-surgical cosmetic procedures, including beauty salons that provide these services alongside other treatments.
For each calendar year 2022, 2023, 2024, and 2025 (to date):
1. The number of complaints received about an individual aesthetics practitioner or an aesthetics business.
